Two Posts in One Day!

I have some more content to post from playing a few minutes ago, so if you haven't read the other boring post yet, it's below this one.

Do you think you're strong? Can you lift that two-handed sword the mighty lava golem drops? Can you wield an ancient great sword and slay giants with it? Did you pick up those 200 meat by accident? Well then, here's a challenge for you!

First, take the boat to Forgotten Island. From the starting area, go northwest and find these coordinates: (32824, 32763)
Located there is the heaviest spirit gem in all of Aden. Don't believe me? Go see for yourself!

The task of lifting that spirit gem was too difficult for me, so I went off hunting again. At one point, I passed this really mean elf. Really mean.

First of all, this is what a normal dead drake looks like:

So this elf ... I passed him and in a few seconds I saw what remained of his battle with the mighty forgotten island drake.

What happened to half of the drake!?!? Man, this elf ... Don't ask me what he did with the other half, I couldn't find it.

Small Update

So people do read this:
Thanks!

I was on for most of Christmas day, but I only saw snow once. (Yes I did notice I spelled snow wrong)

This is the only noteworthy picture in terms of drops. This drake dropped three items, instead of the usual one.

More Forgotten Island

About two days before event, I bought 69 31f scrolls because I thought I'd be hunting up there. Now I'm addicted to Forgotten Island, and I've already shuttled tons of supplies to there. So if anyone wants to buy 69 31f scrolls for 25k each or 7 wafers per scroll (assuming wafer is 3.5k each), whisper/mail AceVentura.

South Forgotten Island was very crowded, so I ditched it for the bugbear/king bugbear/troll/dark elf/harpy/griffon/drake area instead. I always thought that place was the most crowded in FI, but when I went there, there was only about two other people hunting there. I think I was getting more experience, and it was more fun to. It was more fast-paced and I made a lot more pots than I used because of Vampiric Touch. There isn't as much chance for a good drop there though, but I'm looking more for experience during this event.

Some screenshots:

I think that pays for all the wafers I used.

Another magical property of griffons: they can walk on water.

Until next time...

AceVentura out.

First Real Hunt of Event

First

Thanks for reading ^^

Today I decided to go to Forgotten Island. I didn't know what to expect, so I arrived at Forgotten Island with 330 orange potions, 20 mana potions, 20 wafers, 20 twigs, and 70 spirit gems. It was pretty crowded, but the spawn at south FI was pretty good. Since I was learning how to hunt the area with owlbears, dopplegangers, ghasts, ghast lords, arachnevils, arachnevil elders, basilisks, and drakes (AKA South Forgotten Island), I wasted a couple of time and pots, but as I progressed, I used less and less pots and I was actually gaining more than I was using. With -7x AC, all the monsters are really easy, even when I got mobbed by 2 arachnevils, two dopplegangers and 2 dark elves at the same time.

My hunt lasted 150 minutes and after that time, I had 220 oranges left, so that's pretty good. I'll probably stock up an alternate character with mana potions, sgems, and wafers and take that to FI so I don't have to make my elf leave.

Only drop I got:

Lastly, I took this screenshot before I logged off.

Wow These Morphs Rock

Yeah seriously.

I need more knights in my life. I was hunting TOI 38f with my cousin, who is a knight, and it was like free exp. I only got about 2-4 shots per monster, while he did the rest. Damn black knights kill fast.

It's amazing how packed everywhere is. Only place I went to today with a manageable spawn was the first few floors of TOI (1f - 4f). TOI 31f - 39f was like NYC 8 AM in the morning. (Transit strike is still going on.)

It's kind of funny how a lot of shops are gone, and a friend told me bots are using the morphs too. LOL.

MTA TWU Transit Strike

Today, the first New York City transit strike in 25 years is occuring. I should go to school, I can go to school, but I'm not going to go. =)

I'll probably play some Lineage and do all my college apps.

If anyones interested in my choices:
1 - University of Connecticut <--- talk to me if you go here!
2 - Carnegie Mellon University
3 - SUNY Binghamton
4 - St John's University

And another screenshot:

This pic is from March 29, 2005. I spent a good five minutes talking to these people, but they didn't respond. Then I checked the bloodpledge member window and they weren't on! Lineage ghosts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First Post

First, a collage of pictures. Huge orc fighter spawn, first time I've seen salamander drop Magic Gems (6), 100,000,000 adena, 1/xxx hp, and pets!

On Friday night, I was hunting forest of dawn with my wolves, and I saw this guy! I hopped on to my cousin's character and managed to find him again. All his helpers drop 1k+ and normal boots, so it's a pretty nice group to end.

Lastly, the progress of my current project. It's strange how their HP ranges from 95 to 118.
