Below is some of my adventures with KG ring being death knight morph. If you don't want to read it, don't forget to look at the contest #2 question below!
It was actually a pretty disappointing three days. I went into Friday night thinking I would play for a total of 15-20 hours and get that much experience. I didn't use the focus method I spoke of in a previous post. I think the focus method really does have a profound impact on my experience gaining. I only got half of what I projected I would get.
Death knight moprh is fun though. It makes group hunting a lot better. On Friday night and Saturday afternoon and night I did something I'm sad to say I haven't done in a long time. I hunted with some old friends. We went to Forgotten Island, TOI 19f, and TOI 34f. It was really fun. I changed to fire for this event in order to take advantage of death knight morph, and my friends who are knights and dark elves really appreciated the fire.
I went with my knight friend to South Forgotten Island and we just owned. Well he owned, I was just sucking experience. It seems like the elemental part of fire weapon does help when killing monsters weak to fire. He was killing werewolves in as little as one swing with his orcish bume smache. I started hitting him for fun (because FI is Combat Zone), and he hit me back and my HP dropped down so fast that I ran. Orcish bume smache hurts when the meteor goes off.
I went with my DE friend to 19fl. I thought beholder's dropped Advance, Immune, and Absolute barrier, but I found out after the hunt that it only drops Absolute Barrier. The hunt was still fun though, and again, I was just dead weight. Dark elves still kill really fast. Getting to 19f was easy but getting to 20f took awhile. When we finally go to their stairs, we went up and saw a huge mob of dire wolves, beholders, and dancing swords. We decided to stay on 19f. It was impossible to get back to 18f, we just kept going in circles on 19f. Damn that floor is hard to navigate.
34f was the best experience out of all. I went with another knight friend to 34f and I was surprised at the experience I was getting. Usually when I hunt with one other person, I only get half of the experience I usually get. Hunting on 34f I was actually getting normal experience, even with a partner. We were cutting through 3 packs of pikemen like butter. I could finally do damage compareable to my melee buddy because of +7 rapier.
Contest #2!
Some of you may have seen me around with this title.

The obvious meaning is I am going to be part of University of Connecticut class of 2010.
"UConn Ho!" means something though. The contest question is,
Where did I get the phrase "UConn Ho!" from and how was it originally written? The prize is,
+7 Rapier I hope someone can get it, but if people comment saying it's too hard, I'll give a hint.
If someone can get it without a hint, the prize is +7 rapier.
If a hint is needed, I'll have to think of a lesser prize.
PS: I don't think I'll always make contest prizes that expensive, but this contest question has special meaning to me.
